Hello Loscar,. Thank you for the reply. Yes I have decided to go down the cleaning road 😁 after all the engine's look superb o natural. Great video. Ian.
Can you get the blue prints for all the engine parts + frame and rear fork?.,.. I will make the entire bike from Titanium except the cylinders... it should weight no more then DRY 125kg...
Hola Loscar.
Saludos
Hello friend, I'm fine thanks.😊 I've been busy restoring an engagement for a friend from another Commando and a Honda Four K3 of mine. Now I am with a new project of a beautiful Laverda SF from 1972 and will be editing the videos soon. I hope you like them. Thanks for asking. With best wishes. Loscar 👍✌
I apologize for the delay. The engine is not painted. All aluminum parts are blasted with glass microspheres, but this process requires the protection of ducts and sensitive areas with a very rigorous final cleaning to avoid the danger of microsphere residues with motor oil. It is a very meticulous job and that's why I do everything personally. I know that some to avoid these complications, paint the engine. The Guzzis have bare aluminum, but if you prefer to paint it, choose a natural shade and not a shiny one. My best wishes. Loscar✌

Hello Loscar.
Excellent video. Crankcase, how did you clean it and did you spray the cases and if so with what paint?
Kindest regards
Ian.

Did you replace the chrome barrels along with the new pistons?
Yes, of course.😊 One cylinder was badly damaged and the price of a new kit is not excessively expensive. Greetings Dominic. Loscar👍✌
