All of this is going to cost their state thousands and thousands of dollars. From the "man"-hours in their illegal investigation to all the processing of charges and the jail-staff as well as the court. All for what is probably, perfectly legal if he justbl happened to be a few hours North or West.

They checked him for weapons when he got out of the car. They walk him over to the front of the police unit. They suspect pot or drugs. Call the K-9 unit. He’s walking the canine dog around. The suspect takes two steps to his right, just to look to see what the dog is doing and the cop Goes off on him about officer safety issues. He’s lucky he didn’t get shot like that airman serving his country in United States Air Force down in Florida

Sseems to me that the cops did a search before k-9 even showed up. This is a problem because the cop could have placed anything in the car before the dog got there.
They will now be taking his freedom, his car, and his money because he’s trying to watch them.
Then forced k9 to sit clear as day.
Illegal search and seizure.
Dog did not hit on the first, second or third go around until the officer stood over him and forced him to sit down. I thought that the dog sniff was first before the car could be search, seems like this was a bit backwards. This is a dirty team of officers, dirty from the top down, working in unison with each other.
