This _superb_ rendition of the mass under René Jacobs is what brought me here. And I find your potential superb, too. How in the world do you produce such an absolutely pure high note as at 3:34 out of nowhere, extremely defined, as if it is nothing, unless you had a past life as a cuckoo ? Seems superhuman. *But* what made me to listen to this _"Es ist vollbracht"_ again is 2:14 - 2:21. It is the only doubt I got because it seems this in the composition most _beautiful_ long drawn out straight note there was slightly shaky and you saved yourself into the vibrato. How did you experience that ? Your brilliance in the higher notes seems unassailable otherwise. Was the slightly breaking voice at 4:06 intentional ? If yes, that is pure genius, given what is dramatized there. It is also phantastic to observe how the gambist serves you, wonderful cooperation !
absolutely amazing. love your videos. Great voice! Truly the BEST interpretation I've ever heard of this aria, I'm actually speechless. I can't imagine the amount of hard work you must have done to train your voice.
Preciosa, natural y etérea voz de contratenor, y la violagambista también toca con una profunda contención. Una maravilla.
