    Please give us an option to turn off the auto answer phone calls

      Currently, automatic answering is a built-in program and cannot be disabled on the machine. It is expected that a disabling function will be added to the newly developed APP in the future.

    hi, i just got 2 Ejeas Q8 for me and my girl, but the speaker is not in the right direction, the left side (shorter cable) is playing right side music, and the right side (longer cable) is playing the left side music. how to arrange that?

    Hello, how to update the firmware on the V6 Pro Plus? I connect the communicator to the computer, but the Ejeas software does not recognize the device.

      Currently, it can only be upgraded through the firmware program. If it shows that the device cannot be found, please try to replace the Type-C USB data cable or update the USB HID driver or replace the computer device before testing.
      The newly purchased device may be the latest version, higher than the update firmware package. If there is no problem with your device, it is not recommended to update.

      This may be a compatibility issue with the APP. Sorry, this APP cannot solve this type of problem for the time being.

    Registration in the Android app is not possible. Secure code is sent to email. After entering the code in the app and assigning the password, nothing happens.
