While installing getting the error of "Unhandled exception has occurred in your application. If you click Continue, the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue. If you click Quit the application will close immediately." The error box is named as MySQL Installer. Please help me out ASAP.

sir mera workbench to complete install ho jara hai pr , server or shell dono fail hore h , pls help kr dijiy ? mene sb latest vale hi choose kiye hai
In program files there is mysql OK, then In Mysql files there is mysql server8.0 ok then. In mysql server 8.0 there is bin file OK but, In bin file there is not "mysqlexe"

@@codeforinterview using referrence from a video.. I checked how to change password it shows go to services and u will see mysql and stop the service.. But in my case in services there is no option available for mysql
@@wandering_livingfullest stopping the service will not help, and if your mysql is not there in services.msc then there is an issue with the installation of mysql.
Which mysql software did you install?

show databases; command showing syntax error and give unexpected identifier to the word 'databases'
make sure you are executing the same on mysql, not on mysqllite or mysqljs
