Liz and Billy had so much chemistry! I wasn't really a Chilly fan but they were fun to watch together. I miss those two! It seems like after Billy left, Liz is now recurring. Billy Miller is a legend and dearly missed!
Chilly was always mazing and still share great chemistry I just hope they can bring then back together again. They real love, not at first but it turned into it.
Thanks for the comments, guys. Now that my Windows Movie Maker is finally working, I'll be making more Chilly videos! I'll keep hosting Monique's videos as well.
I loved Chloe and Billy I see what you see. I think the reason they went with Billy and Victoria who I loved is bc it gave the writers something that brought in a lot of characters into play. It brought in Victor, Jack, Jill, Kevin, Chloe, Cane, and Victoria. I loved the scenes with Victor and Billy they were brilliant. loved all the scenes with these actors. Billy and Chloe were a lot alike too much I think. Once you put them together where do you go from there? Pitting the Abbots and the Newmans together I couldn't get enough. Billy and Victoria were like Romeo and Juliet!

Love this video ;-) It just really irritates me that they could of done so much with this couple but they dropped the ball and went a different and completely wrong direction with them!! I just really hope that when Billy finally tells Victor where to go...that we get some great Chilly Family scenes ;-)
i am so mad at yr for not making chilly happen. billy is now a purse holder and second banana to vicky who will always choose daddy and herself over him. he could of been a lead character on yr but now billy is second tier. chloe is now a bitter shrew paired with kevin. chilly had a power play dynamic. chemistry galore. all they needed was yr to write for them and have billy realize chloe is his true love, but no. instead we get two boring played out pairings instead of hot chilly. whatever.

It was from the CBS soap opera Young And The Restless. BUT the writers never gave this amazing pairing a chance unfortunately. But their fanbase was huge. Fans loved them a lot.
