Also went to Doc and my D3 was very low. D3 needs to be taken with K or magnesium. I feel much better after about 6 months of post covid rattle cough.

It is possible personally you should be ready for both options
I think the top for BTC will be above 400k, I could be wrong, but I don't think the cycle ends until 2025 (later in 2025)
