  • “The show must go on!” This motto has accompanied Silke Pan since her childhood. As a circus artist, she enchanted the crowds with her handstand and trapeze performances. Until one day, she fell off the trapeze, and was left paralysed. In the Paraplegic Center in Nottwil she said: “In 15 years in show business, I have learnt to keep smiling, even if it hurts inside. The show must go on, this applies more than ever before.” Silke became a world-class hand biker and took part in the CYBATHLON 2016. With the exoskeleton of her team Twiice of the EPFL she made her first steps since the accident. Since then, she’s become part of the CYBATHLON. “I want to evolve personally and help drive innovation,” she explains her commitment. In the CYBATHLON 2020 Global Edition, she made it on the second place. #cybathlon2020globaledition
