- Lighted vehicles are great, but in the conventional way, you got to fix it in one place on the layout. See this neat trick where you can build a highly detailed N Scale vehicle, yet you can move it around on your layout. But that is no it! I will show some GREAT techniques to detail a tiny little N scale truck as well.
In this third and final episode of my GHQ White Metal Vehicle Kit series, I show you how I built this hyper detailed truck in N Scale, complete with its headlight, number plates, logo, windshield and many more details. In this ambitious project, I inteded to push the limit of the scale and attempt to build a model that can compete with many of it's larger versions in terms of details. As much as I built this out of kits, I also did a fair bit of scratch building in this project.
I used airbrush as the main painting method for this build, however, there are many auxiliary details apart from the main painting job that were added using commonly avilable materials and tools.

Nice series of videos. You must have the patience of 1,000 people. Those small pieces would drive me over the edge. Great work! 👍
Thanks 👍 Yeah, my patience sometimes drags me down and doesn't let me do as much as I want to do, but when I look at my models after a decade, I see the value! it's like a long term investment. :D
@@TrainsandDioramas That's a really good way of looking at it.
Jovet This you Joseph! It still irritates me how little I get done though compared to other modellers. 😬😬
I'm new to your channel ! Impressive work delivered in a clear articulate manner .
Welcome aboard! I am glad that you’re finding these videos useful and hope that you can apply the tips and tricks and have fun making some interesting models. Cheers! Kaustav
Awesome, thank tou for posting this.
Awesome video man! Great work on the little guy! 👍
Thank you! This is currently my favorite vehicle on my layout - really draws attention.
@@TrainsandDioramas your welcome! I don't blame.you, you transformed that little truck into a living thing! 😀. I build all miniature models but I've done some HO scale stuff in the past and currently working one now but also want to dable into N scale because their is so much more you can do because of how small they are and will definitely be watching your videos for inspiration. I have subscribed and liked your vid. I have an instructional youtube chanel on miniatures if you like to check it out when you have some time.
Wow! Stunning. Surgical precision. How are those accolades? Amazing. Thanks.
Flattering! :) Thank you for stopping by Norman. Cheers!
Love your channel, one of the best!
Wow, thanks! I am glad that you are enjoying my work. Particularly this one, this one is one of my favorites. :) Cheers and Happy New Year!
@@TrainsandDioramas Personally 'ULTRA-REALISTIC Diorama Art: Dual Gauge Railways, Country Road' is my favorite. I am very much interested in non-US and non-European modelling, and we see to little of it. Nothing wrong with German Marklin-like stuff, but I like it a bit more diverse. I myself am working in an East African Railways theme, also featuring some Indian Sikhs who were hired to drive the great Garratts.
nice video again
Thanks for the visit! I am glad that you're enjoying them. :) Cheers! Kaustav
