I saw an Abrams in Iraq with its turret blown off from an EFP.
May the good lord keep you safe.
Cramped space, loud noise and the noise from that gun? No thanks
Hey but you don't have to walk around in the desert
Not THAT cramped unless you have claustrophobia.
I miss being an armor officer but driver is really the best position. lol
Yes we keep riding up the Abrams
Yes I'm ready to tank life
This my kinda vibe right here just posted chillin working out while working ik them rounds is heavy

I actually did that job from 1973 to 1977. I was exactly 5' 9 and an excellent shape and had lots of fun because I was very young. Just don't try to make a career out of it. Tanks will beat you up.

“LOADER I SEE AN ENEMY TANK! LOAD THE THUMBTACK!”
I was in the military. Always wanted to be a tanker but my eyes weren’t good enough. I think the whine of that turbine would have made me crazy so it’s a good thing I wasn’t good enough 🤣
thats when NOBODY IS SHOOTING AT YOUR TANK
Where the hell was "UP!" ?

Now drone are powerful than tank😂😂
It appears the tank driver's compartment is protected from the ammo. At least if the tank is hit and his ammunition cooks off, the turret won't blow off sky high, unlike the Russian T-72 counterpart.
I was faster than that,on my m60a1 tank
back in the 70's.as soon as I received the
order the round was in on milliy second.
My poor crew in War Thunder every match:
As a tank lover, YES! We love casting apfsds
Ready! Fire! Wait, is it a bird? Is it a plane? It’s a Russian tank turret!
Must be a rookie. He didn't arm the gun, and he didn't call "UP"!
That load however.... Brilliant
And this is why my ears ring ALL THE TIME
Yeah, I'm ready🇨🇿
