A desire fades away by itself if you stop interacting with it.

More people need to try this. Or those that know it works, need to practice it.

@ Everything comes on its own and leaves by itself. That’s the essence of existence , you can have everything you want but it won’t stay.

That needs the consciousness of what exactly we are which will make us realise what exactly are our needs and wants in our life and the universal goal of life/immortalty or merging with God/existence/moksha and how to share our needs, wants with equality in the global family and so that we can co-exist with other consciousnesses while achieving our needs, wants and goals and aligning with reality. if what we are and what reality is, we will know everything that is needed to be known what is needed to be implemented adjustice with practicality. humans don't realise the dept and effect of this. it will be the real practical heaven on Earth.

That's like killing yourself. If you actually have a great connection with your body, you can simply switch/shift.

19:04 very frequently this is discussed in the Shruti literature. Vrittis or tendencies.

In Yoga philosophy, "vasanas" refer to deep-seated tendencies or subconscious inclinations formed by past experiences, essentially acting as ingrained patterns of thought and behavior, while "vrittis" are the actual fluctuations of thoughts that arise in the mind, considered as the visible manifestation of these underlying vasanas; essentially, vasanas are the root cause, and vrittis are the surface-level thoughts that appear due to those underlying tendencies.
      Key points to remember:
      Vasanas are latent:
They are subconscious and not always readily apparent, acting like a hidden imprint on the mind.
      Vrittis are active thoughts:
These are the thoughts that actively pop up in your mind, which can be observed and identified.
Example: If someone has a strong vasana for anger, their vrittis might manifest as easily getting irritated by small things, snapping at others, or having negative thoughts when faced with frustration.

Vasana cause Vrittis, Vrittis cause our Samskar/Sanskar (not Samsaar/Sansaar which is outer word)

Makes sense. So what is the vasana to thoughts for sexual desire thoughts? Is it deeper than just craving sex or..?@@Batega_toh_Katega_Hindu_108

people whom lack understandings like to enforce things on others so they feel better. there were many stupid people claimed to be guru to stay above others, even now those stupid but confident people using false understandings to convince people to follow them.
