Hi peter 61 draper st. 31sq townhouses so total 62 sqs. You put construction cost estimate as $1250000. That is about only $20K per sq. Is this under estimating? I thought at least $27k per sq now
Hi John - Thanks for watching. We have an exclusive range of designs with a large scale builder that we choose to use depending on the location and block size and type.... this is an example of that. It's a play to keep build costs down on certain sites. Also, pretty sure there would have been extra allowance for upgrades, circa $100K. So closer to $1.35m. Which is about right for this range. You are right with your allowance of $27K for a custom build. That's even getting closer to $29K really. 👍👍
