Jin’s acting in “don’t say you love me” really gave me goosebumps (in a good way). This man needs to be in a K-drama asap, cause his acting skills are just so good and he got the talent for it. Honestly, this song reminds me of the time when I had a girl crush on my friend who I really got close to as the two of us share the same interests & hobbies. She honestly was the coolest and kindest person that I ever met, that the reason why I started to have a romantic feeling for her, but I was too afraid to confess to her. However, as our friendship grew stronger, she found someone else & and gave her heart to that person that she’s loved. I was heartbroken when she told me that she found her soulmate and I didn’t want to feel jealous, and lied to her that I’m happy for her. But deep inside my heart, I wished that I was that soulmate and I could been the one who can make her happy and loved, and kinda wished that I confessed my feelings to her early, but I couldn’t cause what we have was special and I didn’t want to end our friendship in that way 💔 I know that it was selfish of me saying this, but it something that I been wanting to let it all go.

The vibe of the the lyrics or at least the meaning behind them in my opinion reminds me of the song Please Don’t Leave Me by American artist P!nk released in 2009 which is about someone having a bad effect on you but also not being able to let go of that person, that's just my opinion.

Jin said it’s an open ending. It’s interesting. The first time I watched it I just assumed it was a break up in the end. They are not speaking to each other.
