MAGIC - Carlos Andrés Gómez

I wrote this to my 17 year-old self-terrified of embracing his tenderness and sensitivity. I wrote this for the boundless constellations of masculinities out there to be embraced, with hopes that boys and young men (and really everyone across the gender continuum) can feel permission and space to be themselves.
This is an anthem in celebration of that authenticity and possibility and in resistance to those destructive, one-dimensional notions of being a man that haunt so many:
