I own 11 rackets and the Babolat Counter Viper is my favorite so far. It offers the best control and precision of any racket I have tried and for me it's also the easiest to hit overheads with. It's true like you said that it lacks in power but that in my opinion is its only weakness. On top of all that it is the only racket that I prefer to not add an overgrip to because it has the best handle/grip of any racket if you prefer a long but not so thick handle like I do.
Of all the racquets I've tried, mostly control oriented (with the exception of the technical and air viper), i find myself always going back to my trusty "old" counter viper 2022. So much that I'm selling my speed pro x (to head heavy), my Radical pro, etc and i brought another new (2024) Counter. Best all-around racquet avaliable in my honest opinion.
i wish the racquet companies would make it easier to understand how many points headlight or head heavy their racquets are like with tennis. i can tell that i'm too used to headlight to get used to headheavy.
@youngsuit they usually refer to the cm of balance. Over 26,0 you can generally consider it head heavy. 27,2 cm on a Head Speed Pro X is head heavy, and a Head Radical Pro is 26 cm, which is medium balance.
MAXIMA SUMMUM PRISMA RADIO W. When they started getting below €200, I bought one. After playing, I had to buy another one. It seems that you can play the ball very close to the net with it. Place the ball near the cage, but you can also hit the ball out of the field or to your own side if necessary. And it doesn't feel soft like some rackets. You feel the ball correctly. I have played Bullpadel hack 03, Bullpadel Ionic power, Head graphene 360+ ALPHA PRO, 3 pieces Adidas Adipower 3.1 / 3.2. In my opinion, the top weight and the all weight bring control, because they resist the force. In the Maxima summum prisma, the long handle brings a resisting torque before it released the power, even though it has been said to it have a medium balance. I play a lot of lobby for different situations. Racket head speed should not be too fast, so you can control the lobby. The racket must also be heavy when you defend hard shots straight from the air. Then you can hold the racket more lightly and the balls will not fly into the wall behind the opponent.
Adidas has very bad quality, 3 of my multiweight has broken. I think the weights on the side makes some tension in the surface so it cracks. Like a window with the wrong tension..

Same here!
Do not buy ADIDAS Multiweight rackets. They do get broken from frame way too easily!
I appreciate this series of videos with racket sales happening now.

I would love to see you opinion about the Starvie Astrum 2024 from Bea. It’s also control round racket.
Same here. The metheora 2024 is not so good..
Great review! How do you consider the racket head speed motion compared to others in this video? pros and cons... thk
Your videos are very Good. Keep Rolling!
And what do you think about the adidas metalbone ctrl 3.2? Is it better then the mutliweight ctrl for control? Love to hear your thought!
My next racket will be Stupa’s Siux ST2 racket. Its light and universal! 😊
Good reviews Pablo! 🙌
Personally, I absolutely love the “El Jefe” by Tactical Padel!

Good choice! The Adipower Multiweight CTRL is a beautiful racquet.
What about Adidas Carbon?
Great video. Thanks.
Which Wilson Pro Staff is the one in the vídeo? I've seen 4 versions in the same site, and I can't identify which it is...
Where does the Starvie Astrum Eris fit in the Control category?
I have the el jefe from tactical padel. It’s 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼

Very informative video. Thank you very much 🙏
Has anyone here used a Siux ST2 Control? What’s the feedback? Did you like it?

Control rackets used by professional players, end of the joke. Come on, they all play with rocket launchers for 90% of the amateur players.
