I just purchased a last in stock 2023 ZFORCE 950 HO. I put 149 miles on it, so far. I love this machine. It performs and handles very well. For those of you that don't like Chinese UTV's - you already have the parts in yours.
I have the 950 ho ex (also an X3 Turbo RR) and I love the Zforce as a trail machine. Such a joy to drive and comes very well equipped. I had the ECU updated before I took delivery (and some other things done) and made it street legal. It really is a well put together comfortable machine. And the factory lights are good too!
I just bought the23 ho ex like it but has had brake problems already 300 miles an they say the brake calaper is on back order an no idea ehen they can get it in( usa dealer ) but yea low gear sux brakes have been shit from day one rest seems to be pretty good but parts are hard to get mine has been down for over a month waiting on calaper still no idea when it will come in its a pain brand new an cant be fixed
i have just purchased this very same machine . do you know much about Main Street Cycle as they can reprogram the ECU and i'm wanting to know if doing that will affect the warranty . thank you for your review on this machine and with any help you can provide .
Great stuff ATV guys. My 2020 is still chugging a long. 4500 miles and still dependable as all get out. I love the windshield and wiper system shown on your test machine. Is that an adjustable windshield that vents up off the bars?....I notice a gap near the bottom. Any info is appreciated.
The windshield can be raised like it was in the video or sealed on the cage to work with the winter / closed cab accessories. it is really cool and on this one when not used the wiper is not hindering front view at all.
Sorry to burst your bubble.... Nope, that motor will simply NOT handle boost with the current internals, - cam chain drive is too weak. - Con rods too thin - Crankshaft is also iffy at best... I know that engine inside out and just like the Rotax engine it's loosely copied on, it's not turbo friendly. Can-Am tried to turbo the v-twin and failed miserably. I would not waste my time.
I Want that on a dyno… no way that engine makes 100hp without intake and exhaust mods.. I’ve been tuning and building race engines for 25 years…. Thats just not possible. Ive tuned a cfmoto engine for an ice racing rig to 110hp and i had a lot of top end work. Injectors, fuel regulator and fuel pump as it was starving for fuel at wot.

i own one and it is a serious functional machine,really fun and fast (love it )
One thing I like is that it's very clear that cfmoto has been listening to its customers and making positive changes year over year.

It’s already low compression if I’m not mistaken like 10-5. Should handle a little boost just fine 5-8psi. I like it. In my price range

The low gear limiter can be disabled bu pushing in pin#24 that plugs in computer,rng channel shows you how to override it
For some reason no, it dont work.
If you get the MSC ecu tune, it'll really wake that thing up. No more limiters, and 100hp

What is the top speed?
Conditions were not optimal for a top speed run. sorry. My guess it should top out around 120 ish in ideal conditions.

Honestly if you just do touring runs, nah.. but if you do any serious offroading, always recommend 4 point harnesses.
