Not as crowded and littered as Kuta Beach, Bali. More crowded than beaches in FL or CA, but much more affordable, plus exotic for 'mericans though most locals speak English. I can find almost as many Filipinos in my CA city (most populous Asian group in a city ~25% Asian).
Yes, the water is just a giant cesspool… waste was just funneled further into the sea… it floats back in the form of larger algae blooms for longer as the planet warms…. Soon your children will see only green algae all year round
Overdeveloped w/lots of very rich-oriented establishments @the expense of even middle class Filipinos because it most caters to foreign visitors in $/€/other high currencies due to media hype exploited also by some of greedy Manila-based real estate developers!😔Well, don't get me wrong, it's not too bad for our country to earn her high revenue for much needed international reserves but DOT, DENR & LGU must earmark for the natural & ecological health (don't kill a goose that lay the golden eggs) of this globally most popular beach resort by putting good proper sanitation (drainage, sewerage & garbage facilities to prevent a cesspool again),promote more e-vehicle transport, mixed of renewable & conventional power & water supplies & most of all also the security & safety from crimes & disasters by stable, suitable & sustainable development & its management w/ the local leaders & community, police & firemen to ensure well being of foreign & local tourists, workers & residents. Just my humble & unsolicited suggestions, ok👍🤞
Verry rich😂😂Come on be happy to have that much toerist there, i am foreigner from the netherlands i take with me 5 philipino to boracay on 22 july untill 26, happy to enjoy the philipines with family❤❤
Absolutely overrated and it is not even as many people as pre pandemic given fewer Chinese are there. It was line ups around the island back in January of 2019…. But still the waste water issue and warmer temperatures are going haunt them and the sinkholes from crumbling geological conditions due to over development and poor water management….
Ang ganda kasi talaga ng Boracay, tsaka yung sands nya bukod sa powdery white napaka lapad pa. Kaya enjoy talaga mga tourists.
BORACAY is just AMAZING 🔥🔥🔥👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽❤️❤️❤️🇵🇭🇵🇭🇵🇭
It is truly amazing if you are an alcoholic…. Or a kiteboard …. Otherwise not so much…much nicer locations closer to home for a lot less hassle.
@@Candyman64 🇵🇭🇵🇭🇵🇭 just has a million beautiful places ❤️❤️❤️

I’m headed there the 19th of next month.
Head somewhere else less polluted.
@@Candyman64
It’s just algae , not pollution.
Is April one of the best months to visit Boracay?
It's the hottest
Overcrowded na nga yung Boracay, dapat wala nang mga competition events like rowing, etc.. na ginagawa diyan!
Kailangan naman ng regulations diyan!

Too many people. Overrated

It wasn't overrated!
Overdeveloped, yes!
Without the crowd and overdevelopment, Boracay is so gorgeous! No other beach can compare.
