I am so envious of how great a dad josh is! It’s always just been me and my daughter Skylar. Her dad was there a little in the beginning but was never very hands on and involved the way josh is. She’s 10 months old now and ofcourse I give her so much love that it doesn’t matter that much anyway but I still just wish she had a loving caring hands on daddy. Katie you should feel soooo blessed to have such an amazing husband that is such a good daddy! It really is such an underrated blessing! Wishing you guys sooo much happiness on this new journey!
P.s. my daughter was going to be named Skye but I changed it to Skylar last minute and just call her Sky 💕 Love you guys so much!!!
I went through the same. Dad of son present but not really until he was 5. When he was born I was left alone with a c-section. Now my baby is 12 yrs old and a mamas boy. I’m ok with that. He’ll know how to appreciate the woman in his life when he’s older

I absolutely love the name it is so beautiful. I can't say it enough Congratulations there is nothing in the world like being a parent. Piece of advice even if you choose not to post pictures or videos. Take as many pictures and videos as you can because they grow up so fast and time flies. Make sure you put her age and the date on it.

At around 0:53 Skye’s foot is fully folded upwards! Is that hypermobility? I have never seen a baby that flexible!!
She could of been bent weird inside her tummy too. My 2 year old is hypermobile and her feet can do that also though
Right her beautiful foot was folded completely but they are very flexiable in the womb so she must’ve thought she’s still in mommy’s belly ❤

Omg in all of this my heart bursts MOST is Toppers love for Skye!!! That’s the most adorable thing I’ve ever bloody seen! I used to always have my dogs spend time with the babies and so grateful for that because they all grew up side by side and the fur babies are so sweet and STILL sleep with our babies! Every single night sleeping with the kids!! They are so sad when the kids go to school and will lay on the kids pillows waiting for them to come home 😞😂

First of all I want so say that you will be amazing parents to Skye she is so adorable and I also have a tip if she's crying or not sleeping gently stroke her nose it should calm her down I heard it usually works but I'm only a teenager so I wouldn't know I wish you all the best as first time parents there may be bumps in the road but it's okay because it's a journey like life it's self and I can't wait to watch Skye grow and develop into her own little character.
