Hi Jen, I’m 15 and have a lot of anxiety and I’ve been in quarantine since March, despite all the loneliness and hardships of this time your content has never failed to help me relax and smile. I’ve been here since 2018 and I’ve seen mostly everyone of your videos. Thank you so much for what you do for others, you’re truly an amazing person.

I remembered being 15 anxiety depressed all the usual teen Stuff at age 18 i became homeless for 6 months me and my mother it's been 3 years now and I am doing so much better I'm not perfect but I never gave up ik you've heard it alot i bet but just keep going don't give up on yourself don't worry bout what others think just be the best you you can be be proud of yourself first before worrying about others being proud i wish you luck
I am 16 and depressed and i can say the same thing, for me its the friendly ans approchable aura that she has, it always calms my anxiety down and makes me feel better :)
i hope you're doing ok, i know first-hand that anxiety is hard to deal with, but you can do it 💖

I felt more tense when the blue and green filter were on, and more relaxed with the Pink and Yellow colours. I just found that interesting

Idk what's going on here. She put electrodes on my head and injected me with color and I feel asleep. The next day I woke up and my bank account was empty and I had a reseat for shipping to the UK.

I like the hum of tuning the fork, I could do with more of that, it’s very restful. I’ve always loved the light therapy but it needs to be slowed way down to be relaxing to me. Overall very pleasant, relaxing

God damn this worked so well... There's something about visual feedback that really triggers the tingles for me. And the switching colours did wonders :D
Even the regular triggers with the colour filter were just stronger! The yellow filter just looked like you'd done some white balance correction though and gone a bit too far :P Just out on a nice sunny day. It actually looks super nice though.
And for whatever reason those sticky pads always get me good! All in all, I enjoyed this video a lot!

I've been somewhat numb to ASMR for quite a while now, probably due to years of over stimulation, but for some reason that taste stimulus part gave me a tingle explosion and I couldn't't keep my eyes open.
