Serv is the future. There’s a reason Nvidia, uber, 7 eleven, shake shack and many restaurants believe in Serv. I think people forget how new this is and the opportunities it has to expand in not just the food industry.
A mile in 20 minutes is about normal walking speed for a human in a city. If you are on a hiking path maybe 16 minutes. But my question is how do they handle apt buildings. Do people have to go meet them on the street? In cities, one of the big pros is humans deliver right to your office.
As a business you only need to have a carefully selected niche to oversubscribe your service to start with. Then you iterate and expand. It largely depends on execution. Expect competition.
Been delivery over a year and only one incident so far where somebody tried to steal a robot…they were apprehended by the police and arrested while the robot was ok…next question?
LFG!!!! and they lowkey are so underrated their going to be in arizona private hospitals watch! dont ask how I know just let your friends realize that this $RR can help stop viral diseases and infection!
This would be good in a Downtown or Midtown area. Where there is less chance that someone will try to steal from these robots because of there being so many people and police and cameras
Are customers expected to tip these robots just like the self-important and greedy humans who act like they are doing you a favor when they bring you your order?

I don't see this thing lasting long on the streets

That robot gonna get takeover by hungry street people.
By going over a year and only one incident so far…next?
These will be great on campuses, airports, hospitals, and making deliveries between floors and industrial sites.
Finally no more tip
is this company making money?
Not yet but very close either 4th quarter 2024 to first quarter 2025 most likely
I can't thank you enough for sharing your knowledge with us. You're a true inspiration!
How does it press the lift button?
great question. Maybe its time to get rid of buttons .
For people that cannot get off their ass and walk a mile for a burger. Sounds like a winner in the US.
@@patrickcunniff5936 Sometimes it is hard to leave the office at work.
This won't fly in the poorer neighborhoods.
With all the looting and homeless in CA I don’t see this going well.
Richtech is gonna pass up serv. Better numbers, and more diversified products.
Yup but they both will fade away.

Until people start using flipper zero's to manipulate them. I don't see this lasting long. Too many crazy people walking the sidewalks these days
Are customers expected to tip these robots just like the self-important and greedy humans who act like they are doing you a favor when they bring you your order?
@@asymmetry9988 Yes, they eventually tip with Bitcoin
I Dont know. To many bad people that will destroy this service
They certainly will not be delivering my food.
