@@hopesy12u4 No, not really. UK prosecutors had access to these voice recordings back in 2013 yet declined to prosecute because "there was too little evidence" so either those prosecuters were extremely incompetent or those recording don't give us the full picture.

Been in law enforcement since 2014, every massage parlor or brothel that I’ve seen raided with arrests, had 0 convictions. Charges ALWAYS get dropped and it’s because investigators get happy feet and try to force evidence that doesn’t exist. But idk about Tate. Romania might operate on different terms
Journalist would do well to adopt Liz’s rationale and perspective on how to fairly represent information and facts. Brie is desperately trying to link Tate’s words and the questionable conclusions of others as an argument to put Tate in the “guilty corner” when all she was using was emotional premises that don’t lead to logical and legal conclusions.
She literally combined like 5 different clips of tate in different instances (some of which were him just joking) to make a point about how he would recruit females and threten them to do cam work. Absolute joke of a person

My point, since you are sounding a bit like Brie, is that bad behavior alone is not evidence of the charges against Andrew. My appeal to you is to stop indicting people for irrelevant, and in this case, non-legal or criminal reasons. For three years now, all people want to do is cancel, wish harm upon, or criminalize people because they don’t like them or what they say. Again, if Tate did the things he is being accused of, then punish him to the fullest extent of the law. But Brie is showing her subjectivity and beginning to understand why she might have chosen her current profession rather than her law degree.

As a lawyer from Serbia, the country next to Romania with the same legal system, I can say that the Romanian prosecutor does not have enough evidence. That might be a reason to hold him in detention until they fabricate something against him.

Trafficking has not been dropped. The potential ‘organised crime’ charge applies to the group as a whole, and one of their main activities seems to have been the trafficking, at least up until two years ago when the company passed hands a couple of times from Andrew to Luana to Tristan’s ex and then was perhaps sold to someone in the Middle East.
I suspect more charges related to the organised crime ring charge will arise… money laundering, tax fraud, and wage theft are things Tate has alluded to.
All extremely shady stuff. Horrible bunch of predators irrespective of whether actual laws have been broken.

We are never going to find out what happened in this case on a news/talk show. This is why trials in court are important. Remember what happened to Kyle Rittenhouse.

I normally support Bri on many of her positions. I hope that she changes her mind when actual evidence is revealed. Using the biased Vox as a reference was not a good move. Yes, Andrew Tate is a ball of slime; however, how much of what he said that he’s done is all bluster, bloviating, and braggadocio?
Judge from how "bad faith" she acted in this video her mind is not going to be changed by the hardest of evidences or even a ruling of not guilty.
Something I’m finding that a lot of people do not understand about human traffickers is that their victims are under constant threat that makes it look like they’re not being coerced. The threat is usually something with collateral. For example: that pornographic material of the victim will be sent to all of their friends and family. IE: If you don’t do everything I tell you to a T, this will be sent to your grandmother, your parents, your nieces, nephews, cousins, siblings, etc…“ When the threat is always hanging over a victim’s head like that, it becomes very easy to just say “Look! She’s happy, she’s doing this because she wants to!” The threats that keep victims silent are always just out of view.
I've been hearing Elizabeth Nolan Brown's voice on podcasts for years. Nice to finally put a face ( and a guest bedroom/ office ) to the voice.
...And boy do I fall down in the middle on this one. He really seems to have incriminated himself a bit. Brie is not wrong and were Tate a darling of the left, I kinda think everyone's opinions would reverse.
He did not say the r**pe laws were more lenient in Romania. He said in Romania a woman can’t just make a claim with no evidence. I think most people once being falsely accused of something so extreme would also prefer a country like that.

The way people who support Tate react that way because this would not be an isolated case of "The Matrix", as he defines it, persecuting someone for representing something it doesn't agree with. It has happened dozens of times. The fact that they immediately seized his assets is suspicious and exposes a possible motive, but I will withhold judgment until all the facts are known.

@TestOfStrength He actually did say he did those things, such as "I printed fake tax documents and had them sign it." It's an older video so he wasn't talking about the current case, but it's just one extra piece that doesn't bode well for him that will be used against him. My guess is that's what alerted them to go looking for hard evidence. So we'll see if they actually found any. If they do, he'll be kicking himself for putting all out there on video.

But it is true that he taught those who want to do business in the field how to deceive their partners, the women involved. He said that the agreement was 50% for him and 50% for the woman, that is a partnership, and then he lied to them and gave them 30% or less. They teach the "entrepreneurs" how to deceive their business partners. I am not surprised if the other accusations are also true. For money he can do anything if he is able to manipulate or lie, to create scenarios to keep those women dependent on him. His cute mouth says so.

I don't know anything about Tate beyond his whole "be a man," thing (which I agree there aren't enough of anymore, or at least they want us to think there aren't), and the fact that he's going through these charges. With that said I'm of the opinion that any man that tells you they're an "alpha male," are NOT alphas. I've been on this earth for 46 years, and in that time there are few laws of life that I've never gone wrong sticking to, one is that the people that feel the need to tell you "who" or "what" they are, are rarely either. Those that tell you they never lie are usually liars, the loyal will throw through you under the bus, etc.
I'm not 100% sure exactly what an alpha is supposed to be, but I know I've met a few in my life: a couple Green Berets, a Seal and guys that have always succeeded in anything they've put their minds and efforts into accomplishing. I've never heard a single one ever say anything to anyone about how successful or exceptional they are; they don't need to because who they are speaks for itself, and you believing that they are is usually irrelevant to them.
There has been a few people I've met who brag about things that they could actually do, but they're an anomaly that don't occur enough to make any real difference.
Also: During that 46 years I've never met another man that "will never believe any accusation a woman makes against a man." They don't exist, except for in the imagination of people with certain strange worldviews; ones that also don't exist in the real world.
