His portrayal of Richard II is the most perfect, sublime and messianic as anyone could possibly hope for. The foreshadowing, the treachery of Rutland, the Christ-like imagery is superb.
Is it just me or is it really cute when he fiddles with his hair lol. love you Ben, he really did deserve the award from what little of Richard II I was able to catch. he seems to always get so flustered in interviews. I really think it is an testament to his acting skill that he can play such cool and confident characters but he's really kind of shy.

Congratulation are to his partner, Australian composer Mark Bradshaw, and him, as well, on their announcement that they entered into a civil partnership last year. Good luck to both of them.
