    Superb watch-strap pairings. All tempting choices for comfortable and stylish everyday wear. I only wonder about the value of the Shinola at $50 USD.

      Thanks for watching! the shinola is a steep proposition considering how many other quality natos are out there, however ive taken the Shinola everywhere from hikes, to working on the car and travelling- it still looks new!

      Thank you! I know there were things that bothered me after i filmed it- one being the smudges on the crystal... when i realized it was already too late lol. Enjoy the new Fluco!

    I think the Everest looks good on about anything, with that said I am not a Nato or single pass strap guy. I really prefer a good rubber strap or a good leather. Good thing you picked up the Everest because they are now sold out in the black dial 36mm variant until at least August time frame. Enjoy.

      @perpetuality  4 года назад

      Thanks for watching through to the end! Very true as long as the strap has a slight taper to not overpower that 36mm case! I had gotten mine in the early March batch when they weren’t as hot 😊

      They may very well be from the supplier side with how things work these days. But you do get what you pay for.

    Great video! Love the watch but after dealing with Eddie at Time Factors, I do not want to support Smiths anymore. He is very rude and arrogant. He knows he has a hot item and has horrible customer service. If you want the watch (like I do of course) go for it. Just know that if there is any issues, Eddie does not care. He has lost sight as a "watch enthusiast". He is now an arrogant and pompous.

      Man it really sinks my boat to hear that, I am sorry you a bad experience with him. I’ve not yet experienced the after service sale support but this is all good to know. He has been in business for a long time- and id like to think that is for good reason, but then again service and experience can always vary. The watch is quality though- I’ve not experienced any problems with it. Also Thanks for watching my friend!

      I completely understand he’s has been doing this a long time. And he has been keeping that Smiths name going like it deserves. But I didn’t go into full detail what I experienced with dealing with him. Yes he is one man taking care of orders, and yes mistakes will happen, I’m a completely reasonable person and can be reasoned with. But when (after being proved multiple times it was a error on his end) you had a system error and showed my order as complete... and after 2 weeks and contacting you and you basically saying “I’m one guy, be patient”. And then waiting 3 more weeks before contacting you, and to only be told “your bank denied the order”, even though I presented him with multiple facts that the mess up was on his end. He eventually half a$$ admitted his system messed up but yet never Apologized or showed any signs of remorse for feeling bad for leading someone on to believing they were receiving an item they thought they purchased five weeks before. Bottom look line, Eddie knows he has a hot item and does not care about customer support. I will not buy from this man even though I love the watch.

      @@okthatsneet Wow, this is a rather unfortunate situation..The watch is only as good as the service and treatment on that end. A hot item does not justify anything less than care and attention to a good experience. Thanks for sharing your account here Im sure it will help someone looking to make the purchase

      @@okthatsneet Sorta sounds like Doc from NTH watches. I haven't bought anything from him but he's active in the facebook microbrand group and he's a bit of a dick. Shame, because his stuff looks good and is a hot item, too.

    • @swanbourne

      @@okthatsneet Your bank declined the transaction and I couldn't take payment. You could have placed another order instead of insisting it was a system fault at my end and aggressively demanding I send you the watch you thought you had ordered.
