Hi Maie. This may sound like a dumb question but what does RTO stand for when you say it’s a “RTO”? So you ordered a camera and got two regular bottles of water? Is it safe to assume that after it was shipped somebody in the mail system stole the camera and replaced it with bottles of water to just have a package delivered? Or does Shopee sell bottles of water? Take care!
