These guys are horribly underpaid compared to the players. Unless you’re the head manager, you’re not making $100k which is awful considering that the minimum salary for players is $465k. I think each player and coach should have to pay a little bit of their salaries to the equipment managers and trainers who take care of them. Same goes for the MLB, and NBA.
