When we first started going to Rhodes back in the mid 90’s the airport was much more basic. But over recent years much investment has been made there due to new owners taking over the airport.
You would have to check the bus schedules for that here at www.rhodes-airport.info/bus/ There doesn't appear to be a bus at that hour, you would have to wait until 5:50 according to this schedule, which looks like the most up to date one.

For sure Greek airports in general have improved quite a bit since then, especially Thessaloniki (despite still having no jet bridges).
I just wanna check how Diagoras airport looks like since I forgot from when I was there in 2018 and finally im going back there!

Is it easy to get a bus to Rhodos town if I land at 04:00 in the night during season?
