You didn’t really explain anything about the buttons, why you place them where you place them, and how they work? Do you have to place them over the exact places you would press if on mobile? And how did you do that if you can’t see the icons placement when on Gameloop

The problem I'm having is within the settings themselves there's an option to connect controller, but I'm assuming that's dedicated to mobile devices only, yeah? Otherwise I mapped my keys accordingly per another video and it sorta works, but shit is sluggish as hell. Idk how the fuck these other people have so much success using controller on PC because it's not nearly as straightforward as videos like this make it seem 🙄🙄🙄
To map buttons look at where the keyboard bindings are set and put your desired key on the gamepad in the exact same spot as what your trying to map as the keyboard has it, your buttons will then work in game just fine. Gotta use mouse in the menus though as far as I can tell!
@@anthonygaldamez when you click that keyboard icon on the right hand side of the game display in the software, at the top of all those icons there when the game is started, you gotta switch the selection to keyboard after you open the control settings to see where the bindings are placed on the screen, then look at the key legend on the far right hand side to see what it says each key does and put what button you want to map that action to exactly where you saw the keyboard binding was. You gotta keep switching back and forth between keyboard and gamepad in the control settings to make sure everything is lined up on the screen like the keyboard settings are. It still can be a little janky with a fully mapped controller though and youll still have to have a mouse ready for certain stuff I've noticed. Also make sure you. Also a different way to map out the buttons is to open an AI practice match and then you can map out the buttons over all the stuff you would be touching if you were playing on a mobile phone, that's why the bindings look like they're placed randomly all over the screen but they're not. They're just placed over all the areas you'd be touching to do in game actions on a phone.
just a tip for people that are struggling i have remapped all my buttons just look at the keyboard and mouse layout to check where the icon should go for that button and place it exactly where the keyboard icon is but on the controller mapping instead so look at keyboard mapping and place your new icon in the controller mapping area in the same place that will take that slot and remap your bottons
Right joystick camera is broken. Just turn off right joystick and use xbox controller in left hand and your gaming mouse in the right hand. This is how I've been playing wow for 8 years its works beautifully!

Man I'm using a PS4 Controller instead of Xbox and playing PUBG with the same emulator and moving the camera with the right stick feels so stiff and weird (like swiping little by little as you would do on image gallery on a phone), I managed to get the DS4 touchpad work as a mouse and it's so fluid but not that comfortable when put on practice. Any tip on making the camera movement feel more natural and fluid (like in your video)
Man, I know its been four years, but in case any other people read this... Goto settings, down to controller and click on it... then to the right of your screen you have sensitivity settings for each game mod.. multi, battle royale, and zombies... in each of these you have sensitivity settings for aiming, driving, hip fire, sniping, looking left to right with your character... all of them.. as in aiming a sniper you might want movement to be a little slower.. hip fire a little quicker & ADS (Aiming Down Sights), & just play with them to see what works best for you... the lower the number or setting the slower you turn or move.. Sorry it took four years... LOL... Hopefully you figured it out by now though! Peace

Everything worked for me but I cannot get the game to work for my controller at all. Switch Pro USB wired controller. It wont let me see any on screen COD command icons to map my buttons to. It wont let me into the COD button customization to see the command icons, it wont let me select the yellow bar to get into it. I cannot use my controller at all

This doesnt work for me as you cant flip the Y axis on the right stick. I aim from the back of the gun, so down is up for me. you can alter it in settings but it makes no difference... its still defaulted to the mouse movement for some reason. never mind

@@ForeignSpices Actually if you change the size of the L stick on screen to max size, it'll always sprint just like in the mobile app. The reason is if it's barely off it won't reach the top of the icon you're placing it over. I just made it as big ass possible and it worked fine after that. Credits to another user that commented this

Only works if you are still using default layout. Unfortunately I changed mine around. Also, why do the on screen icons go away? It's so hard to map the keys without them on the screen. Can't go to custom layout either

I got it working but it's not worth setting up because the sensitivity is too high even with all sensitivity settings set to 0

Make the left joystick icon bigger. Cod mobile senses your left analog as sprint the higher up you push it.
