Stephanie Rainey's song, Please don't go; helped me five years ago to get through all the hurt and pain after I lost my best friend's passing from cancer. Thank you Stephanie.
Because he had to start catering to the sensitive people that couldn't take criticism, it helped the ratings. The guy knows talent and he knows when people are not ready but people couldn't handle it so he had to start being nicer so the weak minded sjw fools didn't try to cancel the show due to being too truthful about people's talent
The songs that get to me the most, are the ones auditioning who are are singing their own songs. They are not only singing it, they are telling a story ❤
Losing my two oldest children within two months, this song really hit home. It's hard to explain the heartache, and pain when you lose loved ones before thier time. You get a whole new perspective in life. Thank God, I have my Lord God and Savior Jesus Christ AMEN.
Oh my heavens. Losing anyone you love is tragic, but your children! I can't think of anything worse. May God Bless and keep you! I don't even know what to say, other than I'm terribly sorry for such a horrific loss. ✝🙏❤
@@BarbzSA AS a grieving dad, all I can say to you is, I pray Jesus will make you a house built upon solid rock, and when the raging floods of turmoil, pain, and struggling rush in on you, you'll stand firm, not be shaken, and never uprooted, but a Warrior, and Overcomer. Praise Jesus Lord God and Savior. God bless you and your family and friends Amen.
@@lindahandley5267 It only makes this Dad look into the mirror, and take inventory of myself, and my walk with my Lord Jesus. The Bible says, draw near to God, and He will Draw closer to you, never spoke to me, as much as it does now. God Bless you and your family and friends Amen.
@@randyrstevens4403 Thank you Randy. I've had so many losses in my life, starting with both of my parents who drowned when I was 14. When someone goes unexpectedly & before their time it leaves a hole in your heart that no amount of time can ever heal. There’s no replacing them, no getting over them, you just have to live with the emptiness and somehow, some way, you have to carry on.
My husband passed at a young age and we lost him 12 years ago. We are still mourning. It's gotten easier to wake up in the morning but it's still painful.
@@momcgill-smith1221 I’m so sorry for your loss and I’m sorry you had to endure that. I can’t imagine how much pain you were/are in. But you have to keep going, keep moving forwards not just for yourself but for everyone in your family as well. There’s a song by REO Speed Wagon called Pushing On. One of the standout lyrics goes: Keep pushing, keep pushing, even if you think your strength is gone, keep pushing on. Please don’t lose hope that you will be happy again, if someone loses hope they are not moving forward, it’s a vicious circle. I would wager that your husband would want you to keep pushing on, he’d be happy to see you happy again. If you don’t give up you will find your happiness someday as long as you keep moving forwards.
Fifty may not be young to some people but believe me it is That was the age of my husband when he died suddenly of a heart attack in 1997. I think of all the things he didn't get to enjoy, like retirement, more rest and time at home. He was a very hard worker and under a lot of stress in his job but it was because he was a perfectionist with a lot of responsibility. I was looking forward to the day when he could fish to his heart's content. Bass fishing was his favorite way to relax, floating on a lake in a boat at sunrise or sunset. On his headstone, I put 'Gone Fishin', which seemed fitting. I know where he is so I know he's not 'missing out' on anything, his sons and I are. We'll be together again. He was my everything. This song is so meaningful to me.
Stephanie Rainey. WOW. First of. Thank you for sharing your song, and reading the comments to see people over the years have used it to help them heal. I have to say That line "my pillow holds the screams I need" I felt the pain as soon as you sung it. Amazing.
That was an amazing song for the sheer fact that it actually told a tender story that touched the hearts of so many people. You even got this old cold-hearted man to tear up. THAT alone is very hard to do. Thank you for such a beautiful, tender song.
L6, you were simply amazing. I need to replay this because it is sooo good. your voices and your harmonies and your chemistry are absolutely stunning. I am sure your mother is watching you and feeling so proud of her family. May God bless you and keep you.

Your family felt your love through that beautiful song Stephanie what an amazing voice you have I loved this audition My nephew was taken from us 2 years ago due to being murdered this song filled the hole in my heart thank you for writing that song 🎉🎉🎉😢😢😢
Maya's only 10 years old,if she comes into her own, gets the opportunity, she'll be a serious force to reckon with. I think she's going to get the opportunities,I really would want to be there to see her when she really cuts loose on that rig.
That song by Stephanie Rainey made me cry. My wife and I lost our first child, a girl we named Ashlyn Rynae, in 2009. She was born early at 24 weeks and 3 days, only 10 1/2 in long and 17 oz. She survived 8 months, then developed primary pulmonary hypertension. We got married on Dec 17, on a Thursday, in the NNICU so she could be there with us. Two days later, on Saturday December 19th, she took her last breath at 11:00 AM in out arms. The next year, at 10/10/10 at 10:10PM, we lost our son Aeryk Logan to miscarriage at 15 weeks. Turns out my wife had APS. Due to a doctor taking extra bloodwork on a hunch is how we found out. Due to that we now have a wonderful 12 year old son and beautiful 10 year old daughter. They know about their older angel siblings. Losing a child creates two different types of holes in your heart and soul. There's the one for wanting the love of a child, that can possibly be filled if you are lucky to have another child. Then there is the forever empty void for the loss of that individual child, who can never be replaced, and that emptiness will always be with you, always aching. You NEVER get over the loss, you just learn to keep going. It's hard sometimes. There are times that just out of nowhere, and sound, a sight, and scent will send you back like it just happened, and it will bubble over and hit you like a huge comet turn meteor. Songs that were meaningful at the time can come on the radio, or in a restaurant, and just grip you with everything all over again. It's not easy. To everyone that has lost a loved one, especially small children so full of potential and promise, my heart aches for you and I wish you strength and peace through the tough times memories hit you.
I could really feel this song in my heart remembering the way I Felt when I lost my 11 months old nephew…more than 30 years and still can feel de pain and sadness
