I used an Oculus quest 1 in this video with oculus air link- my PC specs are what make it smooth since that's what it runs on 👀 All of season 2 is on my quest 2, but I still use air link!
It can be worse if you use air link, you need to have a very beefy PC and Wifi. I only use it because I do, but I don't have the play space to use link unfortunately

Can’t record native with the quest for it to capture your mic, need to use a pc. Hope that helps!

on your arm slide your finger and press unmute all and if it still doestnt work go to oculus quik settings and make sure your mic aint muted
