When I was under constraint like you I improved a lot. When the dock is slippery, the water level is too low etc... It reveals all the flaws in your technique. For example, jumping with the back leg first... You can get away with it as long as you can run, but when you can't you have to fix it. Now I managed to launch a sk8 1150 with only 2 steps, Le Mi can do it with a Kujira 750...
Tu as raison ! J'ai pigé des trucs sur la session 6 certains rentre dans ta liste 😆. Par contre le sk8 1150 avec deux pas ça c'est ouf ! Avec quel planche ?
À force de répétitions des trucs qui paraissent impossibles deviennent naturel. Franchement il y a quelques mois j’aurais pas cru pouvoir dock start le sk8. J’ai sous estimé les difficultés des 20 premières sessions en fait mais surestimé la difficulté de descendre en taille de foil
