Just found your channel, I've been checking out a lot of places to live in Florida. I currently live in Seattle, WA. I have about 4 years left to retire from Boeing. Hoa fees are crazy, I've been blessed with 200 a year fee. I live on a cold of sack with 12 other houses.
All 3 houses are beautiful. At one time my husband and I were planning on purchasing a home in Port St Lucie, but it was very expensive, it's worst today.

How long is a driveway it looks like you can park 6 or 8 cars there or is it some kind of video scam. You didn’t show the garage how hard is how wide it is if you can get two cars in there or not at Cetra that be awesome if the pool came for that price that ain’t gonna happen
Lol, you are funny. You’re drive way is slightly bigger than a two car parking and then you have the 3 car garage for additional parking when you home is actually built.

The HOA is freakishly expensive! Pool has to come with the house at this price point! Taxes make it a forecloser!
