Congrats on the new apartment! Pro-tip: You have the option of having the "first month free" dispersed across your entire lease if you want a lower monthly rent. You have to pay the first month, but your monthly rate will be lower for the lease term. I'm pretty sure this is universal, so definitely check it out if it makes sense for you!
