After watching a couple made by 9 year old kids who probably new how to do it but didn't know how to film it and explain it properly I watched your video and was able to get it reconfigured to car form in a jiff. Long story short .... found one yesterday at the thrift for $16.99 ... they were taxing on it, but considering what I paid over a decade ago, It was a steal. **Thrift stores still need to chill in their donation tax free donations smh** Anyway, great vid! Great video. Please can anyone advise how I can remove the panel over the rear wheel arches (in the car mode) without causing stress marks. Those dreaded pegs are so tight.

But will the sounds and motions work? Over the years my robot mode will still speak and respond (though the cannon mechanism sense to have lost its gears). But in car mode I can't get the engine to turn over. I don't know if somewhere in missing something or if some sensor somewhere is broken. Is there a diagram somewhere guiding this?

See if u can remove the screws on the pegs, but make sure u have a long thin screwdriver. Once u unscrew them, they should be free.
