    Ingredients:
    1.5 cups of Buckwheat flour
    1 tbsp Coconut sugar
    1 1/4 tsp Baking powder
    1 tsp Baking soda
    1/4 tsp Salt
    1/2 tsp Cinnamon powder
    1/2 tsp Nutmug powder
    11/4 cup Almond milk
    4 tbsp unsalted butter melted
    1 Large egg
    Combine all wet and dry ingredients separately. Combine both and just whisk together until combined. Let it sit for 3-4 minutes.If the batter is too thick add little water. Batter should not be too thick or too runny. Cook according to your waffle maker. Remove it with fork once done. Serve with your favorite toppings.
