I cannot tell you how many ASMRtists make the huge mistake of using harsh spraying sounds that not only disrupt the relaxation but can be jarring and even painful to listen to because they're so sudden and so much louder than the rest of the video. You, ma'am, are criminally underrated.

My infant son just got eye surgery and isn’t sleeping well. It’s 2:30 am and he finally just passed out. I’m exhausted but can’t seem to shut my mind off so I put this video on with a cup of tea and I’m already so relaxed. Thank you so much for soothing me to sleep tonight and taking away some stress.

I usually don't care for music during asmr videos, but I'm surprised to realize that I enjoy the meditation music in the background at the beginning, it soothes me a lot. Maybe because I follow guided meditation videos sometimes so I associate the music with deep breaths and relaxed muscles ^^ anyways, great content as always!
