"Sister" by Chai Yee Wei - Inspiring Stories

In her journey with those who are broken, Sister Gerard Fernandez from the Religious of the Good Shepherd, believes that God condemns no one. As a death row counsellor of Catherine Tan, who was involved in the Toa Payoh ritual murders, Sister Gerard was the face of Jesus to her, helping Catherine to repent and come back to God.
"Sister" is part of the 15 Shorts charity film initiative, a partnership between the National Volunteer & Philanthropy Centre (NVPC), Blue3 Asia and 15 filmmakers in Singapore.
Inspiring stories. From stories about being at the lowest point in life, to losing a child or a spouse to encounters with the God who made us and knows us. These are just a sampling of stories ‘new parables’ about how people have walked their journeys in life either with the Lord or finding him later as a result of the challenges they faced. Families and individuals have found the sometimes subtle but recognisable workings of the Lord in their circumstances.
