Very impressed with your design and construction of this loader. Thanks for showing it actually working and what it can do. Very good and informative video.
Your upright supports need gussets on them they are flexing back and forth when you push real hard on them , Nice bucket system , good job Bueno thanks ,,, BigAl California
The 445 Super Garden Tractor front end axle is very robust. I have a Little Buck Loader ruclips.net/video/fgGCfhr_gag/видео.html on mine for the last year working it hard...no problems. Just keep up on maintenance, lubrication and visual checks.
Im putting a yanmar in to my 425 frame i think its same rear axel and frame. This looks li,e the best front loader ive seen yet. Will try to copy thanks for the example
Probably wouldn’t hurt to put a couple of weight hangers on the front of your tractor. You could use your 2x2 tubing as a weld point for your hangers. I bet 150-200lbs would help your bucket to bight harder and help keep your front end down.
Very nice! great build and well presented. As someone that has been looking for an original John Deere model 40 FEL I can tell you that there are hard to find and when you do they are very expensive so I am intrigued by your design and may just build one. A couple of questions... did you build your bucket or buy one ready made? did you replace the pressure relief valve in the transmission as is recommended with the model 40?
Nicely done. Thank you for sharing. I see you have enough hydraulic cylinder travel to lift the nose off the ground. That was one of my questions. Were the hydraulic cylinders and lines pre-bled so you didn't have to fight bleeding and filling the hydraulic system? I was going to suggest wheel weights, but it looks like you have quite a bit hanging off the back end.
What pump do you use for the hydraulics? And what are the specs of the pistons? Thanks. I was doing research on how building one myself. It’s hard to find the correct stuff.
@@wimleo71 Inside the Tuff Torq K91? I have no idea. Tuff Torq lists nothing on their site, but it may be that those are the same as a K92. I found a link for increasing system pressure and posted it a few replies down.
You tack your pieces into place first. 🙄 Then you run full welds. If you looked at the build, he ran welds on everything. The video would have bee three time longer if he videoed every weld.
Nice job building, but you need to protect your tractor and the hydraulic rams from the sparks while your welding. A welding blanket works best. Also, your painting technique needs work. You look like your spraying insect killer😁 Your getting overspray everywhere.
By far, it is the simplest, most effective small loader I've seen. Well done, sir!

Appreciate that you actually show it off at the end.

It beats the heck out of a piece of steel at the end of a fiberglass pole. 👍
That works very well. Best you order front end parts for that tractor now. You're going to need them.
These were actually designed to use a loader of similar size. The Deere loader for them mounts just under and ahead of the foot rests.

Awesome project! Thanks for sharing! Is there any way to get the plans so that I could have one made up?
Nice job brother I’m trying to do something like this for my project thanks
Great video and project.
Amazing work! Well done!

Great stuff. Do you need to take off the starter motor or alternator when welding?
Do you have a measurement? Cut list for it and part numbers on cylinder
Very Cool!
Did you have to change the forward pressure relief valve on the 445 as recommended in JD’s tech manual?
Awesome just found your channel 😎
Nice job ✌️
It'd be great if you could provide the dimensions you used making the arms; trying to make something for my Bolens H 14
What are your measurements of all the pieces?
I’d like to know too!
Well done,
How many real time hours was this build. And approximately how many KGS lbs steel is used
It must say in the instructions on those evolution saws "for use on garage floor only" because thats where i see them used every time.
They make a stand. I have one.

How did you figure out what size cylinder to use for you tractor resavour
Well done
It's very interesting, great
Very cool. How did you increase the hydraulic pressure?
I think I found it here: ruclips.net/video/0N0iu1HbdGE/видео.html
Yes

Buen trabajo, puedes dar las medidas de los tubos?
No bushings and grease zerks.
Maybe next build.

I think he is using the pump that's integrated into the transaxle. The Deere 445 comes with a K91, which has an internal pump.
@@davebenedict7986 thanks… that explains a lot ;) and what are the pistons specs?

how can I get one for a 425?
Do you have drawings for this you can share?
Imagine having access to all those tools and a welder and still doing the Tik Tok tack welding technique 😂
