Ahhh, Rainbow Beach is a fond memory for me. We went swimming there while on exercises at TCB. The surf was huge and we body surfed in the nuddy. Wasn't thinking of Noah's Arks, just having fun on r&r.
Wow that just popped out easily in the end, good work everybody. Lost a car on the beach ,, years ago down south, so know what that sinking feeling feels like. Great part of the world, rainbow beach
@@didge110 you could check it now and save the VIN. PPSR doesn't seem to have saved the previous knows rego which I think it should for cases like this
10/10 Crispy - worst nightmare for any 4x4 driver and viewers, please remember inexperience is where we all started - and sometimes shit happens because of reasons other than stupidity - so please do not be harsh!
Totally agree. We hoped to portray the video in a positive light. This is a beautiful family of 3 that did not even know about Mudlow rocks. All comments have been positive so we are happy about that.

if you've got two straps locked in together, give them a good few wacks on a log or block of wood with a hammer or rubber mallet, they will eventually give up their grasp. Good recovery in the end.
Good on the peaple helping but that to dumb going for wheeling without any idea to many of these flops these days won’t to be 4 wheel flops straight out u see this al the time no idea
This is what i love about Australia, that made your day as much as it made his year.
You’ve gotta love the good people in 4wd communities around Stralia. Good result in the end thanks to the Iceman. Great work

Nice work guys.👍 put a rolled up magazine between the 2 straps next time👍
Yeah right, I'll just pull out a Womans Weekly from the on-board library from behind the seat.
Should have a bluey handy 😅
Pretty sure a rag or t-shirt would do the trick as well.
That's why we moved here 6 years ago. The scenery.

It is obvious no one there knows how to join two snatch straps together.
saltwater does the Raptor good!

Pull it on a 45 and you can potentially roll the recovery vehicle . Not great advice.
