hi i have a question, i had an oui last year and took the CWOF route, i had the hearing today with the RMV and had my license reinstated and i paid the fees. Will they be sending my license through the mail now immediately after paying these fees? or do i have to reapply for a license renewal/replacement on the RMV website?

Once you've attended the Reinstatement Hearing and paid the fees, you either have to go to an RMV center to pick up your license or wait for it to come in the mail (you can't print a temporary copy anymore).

    First offense DUI South Carolina
I was arrested on first offense dui , I took the breathalyzer twice at the station and both test came back as “invalid sample detected” the cop then counted it as a refusal and took and suspended my license for automatic 6 months . My first court date is in a couple days , what do I do? Was that illegal on the cops behalf considering I took the breathalyzer test and Did not refuse?

I can't speak to your situation in South Carolina. I'm a licensed attorney in Massachusetts, not South Carolina.

While driving under the influence and you hit a parked car, Do you take classes, court, fees and limitations on driving per day?

The following applies to Massachusetts OUIs only... If you take a plea deal (CWOF) for 1st offense OUI or are found guilty of 1st offense OUI, you need to take classes as part of what's called the 24D Program. Additionally, there are statutory fines and fees. As far as driving goes, for a plea/CWOF on 1st offense, your license (or driving privileges if don't have a MA driver's license) will be suspended for 45-90 days, and you'll be eligible for a hardship license upon proof of enrollment in 24D Program. If found guilty, license (or driving privileges) suspended for 1 year and eligible for hardship after 90 days.

Does this affect on my permanent residency?

Potentially. It depends on the outcome of the case. You'd be best to speak with an immigration attorney about the potential consequences for each possible outcome.
