i love listening to your music, at this point i basically only listen to pirate songs lmao. It's sad that you guys and the other similar bands like the longest johns don't have that many subscribers when your songs are awesome. I like to write and your songs inspire a lot of it lol, which is the reason why pirates appear in basically every story i write
This came right after "Riche" a French song about his pride as a father, and it cheered me right up. If nothing else, than know this lad(s), you have made one man go from tears to jubilant. And for that I am glad(s).
Ill always listen to your music I found this when I used to play sea of thieves I ,have a kid now and we dance to this music together you guys are awesome
what a great song guys as always-reminds me of my collage days...grin-we did 'suicide shots' which was shot glass half tequila and half 151 rum-then ignited...we scared many a barkeep-lol
Yeah, my drunk ass commenting again. But I was thinking, like, it must take loads of research to do an original song about a historical figure, pirate or otherwise. You guys are actually historians who sing fun songs sometimes.respect. it's fascinating isn't it?

Ok, I can't find a definitive "Belly Flop" or "bellyflop" cocktail recipe...which one did you guys have in mind? No, I would never use lyrics as a drinking checklist...why do you ask? :)
Man one of these times I'm gonna try to sort out a lyrics. It's just every drink a man could think of. It'll be easy. I'm not even wo ried. It'll be fine I'm sure
Something that often happens is that we'll write and record a song without having actually performed it live. Once we do, things can change! In this case we perform it a LOT faster. For proof, check out our performance of it on our live concert album: ruclips.net/video/UUAJbe5QvIc/видео.html
@@TheJollyRogers Funny you should say that, because i was indeed referencing the one time you sang it in Muskogee in 2012, if only the crowd could keep up...
And then they wonder why the rum is always gone. It's because good ole Jack dropped by the pub
Jack’s liver is more abyssal than the seven seas
I wonder if Jack is the same person from "I'll Have a Beer"
and rum money

Love that!
"Booze, booze, booze, booze, booze, booze, and one for the road!"
The barkeep and his friends kept making them drink because it’s such a spectacle clearly. He walks into the bar and leaves the only conscious person.

Doing your homework! 😃
Good song
Amazing song
My name is jack and i drink almost anything whenever im out so this song feels extremely personalised to me.
Thanks lads! hahah
Jack and Johnny Tarr walk into the bar...
i think jack may have a problem.....
Don't we all?
Yea he fecking died of alcohol poisoning
This is good, the one at the shows is way better though. At least with this everyone will know the chorus when it's done at a live show.
Why only 9 comments? Oh wait now ten, why only ten, why not ten *THOUSAND* ?
They're all too shy? 😀
@@TheJollyRogers maybe?
Jack has some good fucking taste in alcohol, for me, it's the Fireball Whiskey which gets me going.
Where is the stout beer???
We saved the good stuff for later.
@@TheJollyRogers Danm, stout is good! Cheers!
And the barkeep said.............?
@Burter BH Oh, I'll have one whiskey one bourbon one rye bring me some cider I'll give that a try...
Bring me two rums, one buttered, one cold, and bring me a scotch at least seven years old.

We came up with that one ourselves, and some attempts at a recipe have been tried. 😃 If you come up with a good one, let us know!
Fellas, be honest, I'm the reason folk keep turning off the comments on their videos right?
😆
What was Jack's Tab?
We'll just say...significant. 😉

Try finding this by lyrics when you can't remember the name, its a bit of a pain, haha.
Slow down or you wont have enough time for the rum boys
Or, if we move fast enough, our inertia will carry us right through so we can get to the rum... :)
