Make label size the same in Print Layout in QGIS

Sometimes when you make a map in the map canvas in QGIS you get everything looking just as you want it, and then in the Print Layout your labels are either too big or too small when you want to save your final map. This can be frustrating and there are many ways to deal with it but a quick fix is to use Map Units or Meters at Scale in the size options for labels. Take a look at this video to see how it works.
