భారత రాజ్యాంగంలో ఆర్టికల్ 44 ప్రజలందరికీ ఉమ్మడి పౌరస్మృతి గురించి తెలియజేస్తుంది. భారతదేశంలోని పౌరులందరికీ ఒకే విధమైన పౌరస్మృతిని అనగా యూనిఫామ్ సివిల్ కోడ్ ను రూపొందించేందుకు ప్రభుత్వం కృషి చేసి తీరాలని ఆర్టికల్ 44 తెలియజేస్తుంది. ఇక్కడ పౌర స్మృతి అంటే పౌర సంబంధమైన లేక పౌరులకు వర్తించే శాసనము లేక చట్టం అని అర్థం చెప్పుకోవచ్చు.
ఈ ఆర్టికల్ పరిధిలో ఉమ్మడి పౌర స్మృతి అంటే మతానికి సంబంధించినది. మతం అనేది వ్యక్తిగతమైనది అందువలన మతం పునాదిగా కొన్ని నియమాలు, నిబంధనలు, కట్టుబాట్లు ఉంటాయి. ఆ కట్టుబాట్ల కే చట్టబద్ధత కల్పించబడుతుంది అదే పౌరస్మృతి.
మనదేశంలో విభిన్న మతాలు ఉన్నందున ప్రతి మతానికి విడివిడిగా పౌరస్మృతి ఉంది. కుటుంబ వ్యవస్థ, వివాహం, విడాకులు, వారసత్వ ఆస్తుల సంక్రమణం మొదలగునవి ఉమ్మడి పౌరస్మృతి కిందికి వస్తాయి. ఉదాహరణకు ఒక ముస్లిం వ్యక్తి ఏకకాలంలో నలుగురు భార్యలను కలిగి ఉండవచ్చు. కానీ హిందువుల విషయంలో అది సాధ్యం కాదు. హిందువులలో బహుభార్యత్వం నిషేధం.
ఇటువంటి తారతమ్యాలను తొలగించి, వ్యక్తిగత శాసనాల విషయంలో కూడా భారతీయులందరికీ ఒకే విధమైన వ్యక్తిగత శాసనం ఉండాలన్న భావనతో ఈ ఆర్టికల్ రూపొందించబడింది. కానీ రాజకీయాలపై మతం ఎంతో తీవ్రమైన ప్రభావం చూపుతుంది. మతం ఒక ఓటు ఓటు బ్యాంకు రాజకీయంగా మారింది. ఈ నేపథ్యంలో ఈ ఆర్టికల్ ఏనాడో అటకెక్కింది.ఇప్పటికైనా ఉమ్మడి పౌర స్మృతి భారతదేశంలో అమలు జరగాలని ఆకాంక్షిద్దాం.

The main problem of Hindu convertion into other religions is hindusim system it self.
1. Radical cast system
2. Cast base discriminations
3. Culture base discriminations
Coz of this issues our Hindu unity is weak and also this issues playing a key role in reduction of Hinduism%.
As per vedas, bhagavad gita says varna is given by karma/knowledge/talent but not by birth then why this RSS/BJP still following radical cast system ( by birth) which is against our holy scriptures vedas, bhagavad gita coz of this radical cast system our hindu population is reducing (some muslim, christians taking adv. of this cast system and converting them) and also this stupid reservation came into existence coz of cast system. and also some hindus are supporting radical aryan invation theory coz of cast system. If BJP/RSS really wants to save/love hinduism then they have to eliminate radical cast system which is against our scriptures. This radical cast system playing a key role in destruction of our beautiful Hinduism/culture by eliminating this our hinduism will become strong.
There is no such word dalit/untouchable in Vedas nor in bagavat Gita it's all created by some radicals in past for there own purpose.

Uniform civil code is needed.but one nation one law which can question even a prime minister or president should be enforced. Even pm or president should face law like a common man without priveleges . CBI, Ed, lokpal , supreme court should have powers to summon them for enquiry when needed. Or else corruption will not go . Religion based politics also will not go.

డా. అంబేడ్కర్ గారు ప్రతిపాదించిన విషయమే ఈ Uniform Civil Code. కానీ ఇలాంటి తప్పుడు ప్రచారాలు ఎదిగే యువతకు సరికాదు..
Why Uniform Civil Code is necessary?
Answer: Wakf Act 1995, Has many draconian provisions, section 52 & 53 which can declare anyone has encroached & under these sections can order the person to leave with the help of DM - District Magistrate, SSP: Senior Superintendent of Police, Can that be done by Non Muslims? Do they have these privileges?
There are limitations for Hindu deities to knock the doors of Court, it is having limitations with time, whereas WAKF board has no time limitations according to section 108, Is this not the violation of human rights & Equality in connection to various faiths?
According to section 89 one has to send a notice to WAKF board before filing a case, it is just like parallel Government. Have you ever heard of sending notice to before filing a case? According to my knowledge it happens if a person is filing a case against Government.
Section 4 & 5 WAKF Act, according to this there will be a survey of land that will be done on timely basis, whose expenses are to be bore by tax payers of India.
That means you have a property, you simply chill, it's Government of India who take who bothers to do your job for free!
Think, is this reality in your case?

In continuation, If there are any issues faced by Churches, Temples, Gurudwara it has register a complaint with Police, Whereas WAKF can order the police if there are any discrepancy according to the board & police has to abide by it. Is this true with your Religious denominations you belong to? Can you order Police and is there a rule, where Police has to obey your orders? introspect.
WAKF Act, section 40 gives the power to the board in connection to declaration of any of the property as its own. Can a normal citizen do this? Here please correct me if I'm wrong with authentic sources.
If there are legal issues faced by Non Muslims then they are suppose to fight in WAKF tribunal which is run by Sharia Kaanoon can they ever get Justice? I don't know, if true please enlighten me with the verdicts so given. So WAKF tribunal is an authority, hence in future if a person gets a verdict from it in favour of him/her & can challenge the opposing verdict given in the same case given by Supreme Court of India, till date it has not been done, but what is the guarantee that it is not done in future? Think
Keeping all these powers in hand, WAKF board is asking the petitioners of Mathura & Kaashi Temple that they should not fight it in Civil court but in Sharia Court A.K.A WAKF board. This is the outcome of the powers so given to the WAKF board.
It also has provision of public servant in section 101.
Hence we need Uniform Civil Code.
