Ciao! Sono pasqualina. Le pigne x l'albero di natale sono bellissime . Ho modificato un po' ! Le ho fatte lunghe . Con la tua tecnica. E sono fantastiche. Ti manderei una foto. Grazie@@doinamarginean9320
For anyone who is making this and can't find Round 6&7 for repeats!
Round 6 - 20:27
Round 7 - 22:42
Thanks! That was really sweet of you.
Thankyou. This was most helpful.😊
Is it repeats after first row.?
@@GiseleMcullyAfter doing the first 7 rows, you repeat row 6 and 7 until you get the length you desire, then you do one more round of 6 and cut your yarn.
It took me 2 hours but I did it! Haha. My yarn was chunkier so its a thick pinecone but still so cute! Going to buy thinner stuff tomorrow to make a neater one. 😅 Thank you sososo much! Going to stuff them with dried herbs and put them around the house.
That’s awesome!! Thank you so much for your kind words❤️ I am so glad that you made these pinecones❤️
I can understand the effort and time it must have taken with thicker yarn but i am so happy that you worked it out😃
I’ll highly recommend using light weight yarn for this pattern for best results😊

I made these as christmas presents. It is so beautiful and complicated looking but by the time I finished the first one.. I could then whip one in no time it just looks complicated. We in my family this Christmas youths as a reindeer food bag. Because the reindeers do all the heavy lifted all the flight and they love Acorns. So while they're treats when in this little bag so they knew. And my other daughter who doesn't have children. Use them to hang the cat treats off the tree
Wonderful tutorial. Your voice was very calm and soothing. Thank you.
Aww.. thank you so much for your kind words❤️❤️ I am so glad that you liked the video and it was helpful😊❤️

Thak you so much for showing it :)I have bought the pinecone pattern several years ago, but haven't understood how to.
I could listen to your very soothing voice for a long time :)
This is a great tutorial on how to do the crocodile stitch. I would like to know if I want to make it larger around and turn it into a dragons egg pouch, how many more chains would I start with, or add rows to make it twice as big around?
Hi there, thank you so much! If you want to make it bigger from the base then I would suggest making 5 or 7 sets of 2 double crochets instead of 3(like in this tutorial) and then increasing them in the third round.
The way it is worked is just like how we work a circle and then keep
on increasing the rounds.
I hope this helps😊
Great tutorial! So clear that I could almost follow along with just the audio. I used a fine cotton yarn for my pinecone and it came out so cute, gonna use it as a bag charm ^^
Thank you so much for this gorgeous pattern, such fun to make too !! And your lovely calm voice is so nice ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Thank you so much!! I am so glad you like it❤️❤️❤️
How many rounds all together?
So you’ll be raising Round 6 and Round 7 thrice . So till there in total 13 rounds and then Repeat Round 6 at the end. So that would make it 14 rounds in total
Very nice ty ❤
Very nice❤
Thank you so much❤️❤️
Beautiful ❤

Amazing 😍💕
Thank you so much❤️

Anyone knows the size of wool would be best
Light weight yarn or cotton yarn would work best😊
Thank you so much
How would you continue to make a whole pinecone if you didn't want to make it a bag?
In that case you would just have to decrease the Rounds by working Double crochets 2 Together or single crochets Together
On the rows where you are putting in the DCs right? How many should I remove each time? One or two for each set of rounds?
@@crystallee405 yes please, it’s the dc row(repeat of Round 6) and you can remove both the dc’s(a Set) at one time.
I was thinking of one more option-
After you have inserted the cord and tied the knot, just insert the hook from the circle(worked at the start, before the treble crochet) and pull the cord inside. So that ways you won’t be able to see the cord hanging out. Just a suggestion and an easier way too😊
Thank you!
Does the patern repeat from beginning to end
How big is it suppose to be?
It’s up your choice😊 You can customize it and make it as per your desired length. The size I have made in the tutorial is the perfect size if worked with a light weight yarn
Thank you I finally manage after 3 weeks😂
@@GiseleMcully Aww.. I am so happy for you!! I really appreciate your patience and consistent practise. It’s a lovely achievement and well in time before Christmas !!Congratulations❤️
Bellissimo tutorial 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
