+Awesome Volleyball Simple, you don't :P A two-handed toss makes your job harder, because you have to ready your arm after throwing, thus requiring you to throw higher, reducing toss accuracy. This also increases the whole serving motion's complexity, and you always want it to be as simple as possible: the less movements you make, the less chances you have to mess up and the easier it is to control and develop consistency. On the other hand, if you're jump serving, I teach two hand toss because you can stabilize the ball better through the whole motion of the serving approach and jump, although both are perfectly valid. But since in a standing serve you're grounded and stable, it isn't necessary. Hope it helps!
Can't wait for the rest of the series lol
