So I don't comment a whole lot but I have said this a couple of times; this is your channel and you have the right to give your opinion, you are an individual actually you 2 are your own individuals and have your own views and no one has the right to say or send all this hateful stuff towards the 2 of you. As human beings we will never agree on everything. No 2 human beings are exactly alike, even identical twins aren't exactly alike or think alike. So this notion people have to make the entire world think the way they do is really a though in an immature mind. I like your reactions, you two do a really good job so don't worry about the hate as Shrutzpa quoted TY's verse .... ignore them .... there are lots of ppl who are happy with the product you are putting out.... and yea that visual in the video can be rather off putting and the verses about taking another guys girl etc. that's so NOT my thing .... i mean i'm married now but back when I was single ... if a girl is with someone that's NOT the girl for me .... so it is most certainly not a thing for all guys to go for a girl who already is in a relationship .... also while there are girls who aren't as loyal and are ready to kinda swing with other guys at the same time, that too is a reality of this world but I agree with your comment by enlarge that isn't how girls are and they tend to be more loyal than guys ... I think there are several things at play here ... to speak of the struggle a rapper has gone through is part of rap culture, talking about drugs, alcohol, money is part of rap culture, also to talk about girls in a variety of ways is also part of rap culture ... i for one always feel does it need to be? or can it not be portrayed positively rather than negatively? it sure can because some rapper are SO darn creative, they are SO next level that they can really turn the tide ... there is an older song by TA and TY called dear Zainab .... it's really an amazing song ... Zainab was a little girl that was raped (it boils my blood to even think about it, i would straight knock that guy out if I ever come face to face with him) by a grown man and then left for dead ... clearly there's a problem in subcontinent culture as well, but the same problem exists in the US too, just look at the rape cases... anyways ... it's really good song if you wanna check it out ... and yea other than the off putting words, this song was really good, Lazarus had some awesome references and some really positive messages ... rather impressive.

Every thing is crazy good, the slow flow of Kidshot flow, then again fast flow, then Lazarus references and flow was like next level and I was like Whatttttttttt on earth ! Then TY was as usual, but I like TY's "Haaaaaaaaaaay" the moment he started his part. That was epic :)
The first punch I got was from Lazarus part when he said ;

Man, literally he was favoring those who aren't able to catch up his brutal speed, and he was like, guys just catch up the subtitles, else it gonna be a Burj Khalifa for you where I'll be hanging and hammering your head like a spiderman from the top. Killer intentions !!!!!

I don't know if I speak highbrow, but I haven't seen the references like this ever by any rapper who cover up the entire world with his insane references. Look at this, PAC, NAS and WEEZY, and then in the middle of the pacific ocean, he goes to India and picks Nawaz Ud din Siddique, then again goes to Hollywood mountains and picks Alladin and Gini. Then comes back to subcontinent India and Pakistan, and selectively picks up the two intellectual power houses, i.e, Allama (Poet) and the Ghalib (Poet).

In the hindi and english argument,
I just wanted to say that in India we speak both hindi and english.
So what happens is some people use explicit words in English but say that in hindi it's not cool.
In that sense the argument may hold true
Just wanted to know your opinion
There's multiple layers to peel off of this onion.
When it comes to a bilingual/trilingual society, there are inevitable comparisons between cuss words that mean the same in different languages and whether or not they "work".
Main thing to remember is that swearing and taboo words have a unique place in language because their usage is heavily context and intent driven. Swearing can be planned or completely spontaneous, ie, propositional or non-propositional.
It is super cathartic in some instances (for example, your team won a match and you're like "f*** yeah!", or you stub your toe and cry out in pain using the choicest of words lol), and can be done to put emphasis on certain feelings like euphoria/joy/pain. But in instances where it is done with the intent to deeply humiliate/insult/antagonize, then one needs to check the context and reason. And even within the realm of context/intent, swear words have different levels of offensiveness and verbal aggression.
Honestly, it is upto people to use common sense, specially as native speakers of a certain language, and as someone with an awareness of the people around them whose ears those words will fall on. In our societies for example, one doesn't use the same lingo around elders as one does around one's friends, correct? It's not something you have to think about, it just comes to you as common sense.
Having said all of this, to answer your question about 'English mein it's cool and Hindi it's not' - yes, and that applies to many words in the two languages when translated directly. Because the level of offensiveness (as defined by the social constraints of the society that uses that language), varies with the translation.
There was a research done by a psycholinguist who was teaching English to non-native speakers, and as per the findings of that research, Asian and Arab students were more likely to swear in English than any other non-native speakers because of the social constraints in their own societies.
Honestly, I also feel that this defense of usage of certain cuss words in Hindi (that are translated from English) is backlash against the colonial hangover when in reality it has nothing to do with it. Any logical and aware mind will know that it has nothing to do with one language versus another, and everything to do with cultural constraints of the people.

@@JyotiSardar I think the whole argument erupted from MC stan using the R word which was taken by the community differently by every person some were against him, some were with him because they said that if foreign rappers use the same word in English it is not given any thought and we just accept it, Raftaar also supported stan on this.
Personally I think it is pointless but countless arguments came due to this probably that’s why you got to know about the language angle of swearing in hip hop
