Prince's female Paramores and protoges did not like her and refused to give her the themes she wanted. His first wife wouldn't call him a groomer so the director and Netflix didn't want to play anymore. The word is the guy who did the OJ Docuseries is now on it but i wouldn't be surprised if it withers on the vine. Dude did his womanizing but for the most part he was a workaholic, maybe his female engineers can talk about his working them into the ground lol.
i have no confidence that coogler's prince project will even get thru production (for universal) after duvernay's prince project (for netflix) was halted they're gunna waste coogler's time and tie him up for other projects
