    I received TDIU on a 30% rating by submitting an extra-schedular claim in 1987 that was missed in processing. The BVA Judge remanded it to be processed and I was granted TDIU back to the last day I worked full time.

    Great team! Carol and Matt, I love how you feed off of each other. It is a blessing to have an outstanding social media platform to assist us in educating each other. I am glad to know you are working with Chris Attig, my hero since 2012. Chris' free info on his website in 2012 assisted me in getting OSA, secondary to rhinitis. Two of my private doctors (current and former) refused to write a nexus letter but the C&P doctor wrote one. She used two supporting Internet articles for her rationale, which I discovered after reviewing my C-File.
    It is good that I had a copy of my sleep study and rhinitis diagnosis with me during the exam. The beautiful examiner asked me "can I call you if I have additional questions." I told her you can call me at 3:00 A.M and I am available 24/7. God is good! I love you all and thanks!

    Great work guys!!! I was awarded 10% for hypertension. Can that be my nexus now for diabetics, and Critical kidney disease? I also have sleep disorder with CPAC, can I claim all on one claim or do I need to submit each one on a separate claim form?

    14:22 my husband was denied VA care in 2015 saying we made to much money but he was on the ground invietnam so he shouldn't have been denied. We moved to a different county in 2021 and he applied again and was told he should have never been denied. He's now at 60% and we're working with you to get him to 100% so can he claim for the time he was denied

    John & Carol, I imagine if the VA road block people saw you coming: they'd run. I doubt most VA deniers know the rules/laws as well as you guys.

    I called the 411 number, they “redirected “ me to the standard 827 1000 number. What extension or dept? I just got the run around.

    You are going to love this the VA said we had to file for SMCK. When my husband threw it back in their face that it was the law that they had to consider it on every claim and that he should be awarded it they said well call your VSO nothing we can do about it

    Does the va recognize pre diabetes as a presumptive condition or is it just diabetes?

    • @rickseekman5424
      @rickseekman5424 Год назад +1

      Pre Diabetes is not a presumptive disability. You need a diagnosis of diabetes to receive service connection.
      You don't want to become a diabetic, trust me...

    I am 100% service connected, was exposed to TCE during 3 years of sea duty '76-'79 on a destroyer tender. Is the VA considering TCE other than Camp Lejeune cases?

    You guys are great. By denying Vets the VA-whoever is the unnamed top of the denying VA culture?- is it the belief by the VA they'll make money by Vets dying, giving up, or accepting low pay? What accounting is done on the money the VA keeps, what happens with that money, & by denying do the "deniers" get a bonus?

    Does the VA rate Depression separate from Anxiety or is it the same?

  • @tonyvpounds32
    @tonyvpounds32 Год назад

    So are you saying that I can appeal for certain disabilities to be reevaluated for combining what they seemed to have separated ratings on purpose. Currently I am 90% service connected, but 60% combined.
    20% IVDS with lumbar degenerative joint disease
    20% Right leg Sciatica
    10% painful scar
    30% other specified depressive disorder with anxious distress
    10% Tinnitus
    0% Hearing loss
    All, aside from Tinnitus is all related and should equate to 80% combined. They are all related. I have until April 1st (1yr since award letter) for appeal. I haven’t been able to consistently work for decades because of my currently low-balled/down-played ratings.
    Please help me!

    1 more comment, since I seem to be forced to think & not about football:. Wouldn't the VA actually save millions or more by getting rid of all their top heavy actions in stalling, denying, creating all the steps to get money owed Vets, - just have a simplified process to pay all Vets (as a bonus for service) but to pay Vets & family when needed? Instead of all the wasted nonsense/money/time... just pay -Congress pays themselves millions in benefits for life automatically without asking or being medically necessary.
    1 aircraft carrier cost of building/running would probably cover the cost of all Vets each year & then some. Streamlining paying all Vets would save money for the Gov budget & the thinking needs to change: that Service equals the Perks/benefits of lifetime care/pay, like many Gov employees. Regardless of length of time they served!
