hi i a have trouble loading the cheat my folder for the pcsx2 v1.7.5703 doesn't have a cheat folder and when i created one it doesn't load the cheat

With Windows 11, renaming it to .pnach doesn't make it a .pnach file. I tried it, but the newest version of PCSX2 allows you to create a PNACH file and then paste the CRC code to it.

You need to enable to view file extention. Open your file explorer, click on the 3 dots button on the top area and select options. Go to view tab and uncheck hide file extension for known files.
