- The Springer Spaniel puppy litter are now 8 weeks old! How cute are these puppies!? This is a little intro to Pip, my new pup, and some great clips of how playful these 8 week old springer spaniel puppies are :) I also give you a taster of their weight at 8 weeks, and their temperament.
As you can see, they are loving life! :) Oh, and at 19 seconds it was a slip of the tongue - I meant '8 week old' :P

As a 45 year old man; I’d say that would make me feel 10 again.
English Springer Spaniels are my favorite! Had one for 15 glorious years. He took my heart with him when he passed on.
How on earth did you choose? I was looking at pups for a friend (hahaha, first mistake!) and asked if I could cuddle one. His breeder handed over a chubby chap... that was nine years ago and he is sleeping at my feet as I write. The friend still hasn't got a dog.
SN Well...the thinking was that we would choose one of the bravest, confident little springers, but as it turns out, Pip is the same now as she was then...overly confident and always wanted to be ahead! But it was a difficult choice - you can see why all the puppies got sold quickly! 😊

They are an amazing breed of dog always eager to please and love long walks ,my 10 year old springer “Jarvis “ has been a great pet for our family he is without doubt my best friend 👍🏻

The Springer Spaniel puppies are so cute. We had a 🐕 once when I was a child until she died from old age. We’ll miss her forever. 😭 PLEASE keep these videos coming. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

I have a English Springer Spaniel and his name is Drago and he is so hyper and young but he keeps me in company
my Springer Spaniel we got from an old couple who just got cancer and had to get rid of their dogs, that's my dog, Spring, and her son, Winston, we couldn't get her son because he would "bother" our current dog, at that time, but her son is with my cousin, my dog that Winston didn't like died, she got depressed and we had to get another dog , witch she is currently playing with
The reason I’m watching this is because my dad has just surprised me with a new springer spaniel puppy called Molly!
Ahh, amazing! How is Molly getting on? The first few weeks are all about exploring, playing and learning. I hope you're having lots of fun with her! :)
My Mum has a Springer called Molly. I think female Springers must attach to men.
My mum calls Molly "Wife" because any time I would drive somewhere she would jump in the car and sit in the middle passenger seat and lean against me.
Are you going to take "Wife" wife to the shops to get milk?
She would even get in between and nuzzle up under my armpits if I started to have "interesting" conversations with ladies... :)
I'm going to get a female Springer because they're such great companions.
But I don't know how to manage if she gets jealous.
Just have to find a girl who loves Springers.

The springer spaniel is gods gift to man.
I love my Welshie. Second Welshie I’ve had. Best dog ever. Great with children. Love people. Happy dog breed. But they shed, shed, shed. Small price to pay,
They are an adorable handful at that age, but are always underfoot. I miss my Ronnie, and getting to know her at that age.
It's been a fun journey so far! We still see a few of the 'pups' as they went to nearby friends. My springer spaniel (Pip) is almost 7 months old, and doing really well! Just a little over confident :)
Memories! Growing up my family bred a few litters of Springers. Some of the best memories I've got. I lost my little sister last year and she adored the puppies the most I think. I've had them in my family almost my entire 38 years of living. Heres to all the Springer fans out there. Great dogs, a little neurotic and definitely excellent with kids! I will say one thing Ive noticed with the breed is they do tend to develop doggy dementia once elderly. Everyone I've had developed it. Two we're from our own litters and the others were from outside litters. The actual English bred version also seemed more aggressive than the American Springers.
All in all great choice in a pet. Invest in LINT ROLLERS lol. They're fur definitely shows on any color clothing. My mother had lint rollers crammed everywhere growing up.

Are their tails docked? I get my baby boy puppy Spring 2021 and breeder docks.
They are docked a little yes, but they are a working litter, and most are used out in the field, so it's best their tails are shorter for that reason.
Did their eyes stay light like that?
They grow so fast so they depend on weight

Hi Simon, in your experience, what is the process of choosing a puppy like? I am now in a position of being able to get my own springer (work at home, got house with big garden etc.) and I am worried about a situation where I go to see a litter and don't feel a connection with any of the dogs there. I would like one that reminds me of my childhood dogs. Is this unreasonable? Am I being stupid? Do you think this attitude would be tolerated by breeders?
Hey Andrew, apologies, I thought I replied but it didn't go live for some reason. Choosing a Springer Spaniel puppy is a fun process, you shouldn't put too much pressure on yourself and just enjoy your time with them all :). If you don't feel any connection, don't worry, just view several different litters and eventually you'll find one to connect with. You might find one that reminds you of your childhood dog, but remember, every dog is different, even if they are the same breed. So don't go and view a litter, hoping to find a dog that is a 95% likeness of your childhood dog, or you'll be disappointed. Just have an open mind and remember the things that made your childhood dog great, then try and sense the same similarities in the puppies. Breeders can be hit and miss, so might appreciate it, others might wave you on. Hope you find the Springer you're looking for!

They are English Springer Spaniel puppies...AKC recognised in the USA and Kennel Club recognised in the UK 👍🏻
