Trying to persuade my father to purchase one of these in the walnut finish. He is 84 and loves his music and has loads of CD's. He's been looking on the internet etc for a replacement player and he originally he wanted a Bose wave. But I think i have changed his mind. /he has just received a brochure through the post from you guys, and he likes the idea that it is British made. I think that I will have to travel up to Rochdale from Cornwall and take him into richer sounds in Manchester. He then can have a listen to it. My mother passed away in March and music and his garden is the main things that pass his days.
I'm just hoping Santa will allow me one of these Christmas 022. I have their R1, have had it now for five years.
I don't have a TV, so this is my only enjoyment.

I love my R5 and MRx’s, any reason why you didn’t include the Multiroom feature in the R3? Can a software upgrade add this?

Can you connect a amplifier to work with your music system speakers
Hi, it is possible to connect an amplifier to the R3. You would need to run a cable from the audio output on the rear of the R3 which would then plug into the input on your existing amplifier.
